Whether you're inquiring about copywriting, brand messaging, podcast content, or another creative partnership — this form is the best place to start. This isn’t a committed project request; it’s just a starting point to help me understand your needs.

Wellness and conscious living are my favorite topics, but I’ve worked with all kinds of mission-driven brands throughout the years.
More than a specific niche, my goal is to partner with brands that lead with intention — whether that’s in the health space or simply a mission rooted in authenticity, sustainability, or conscious living. If your brand has heart (and a message worth sharing), we’d probably work well together. -
Not usually. I build my calendar around deep-focus projects so I can give each one the time and care it deserves.
That said, if you’ve got recurring content needs or want to collaborate long-term, we can explore VIP weeks or bundles. I occasionally take on retainer-style work when the fit and timing are right. -
Turnaround depends on both your project scope and my current schedule. Most deliverables are completed within 2–4 weeks, but if you’re on a tighter timeline, I offer VIP weeks or rush options when availability allows.
If we’re working together for the first time, we’ll need to complete onboarding (brand voice call, proposal, contract, payment, etc.) before the clock officially starts — so in many ways, the timeline is a team effort. The faster we get aligned, the faster the work begins. -
Most projects start around $2–3K, with multi-page work or strategic bundles ranging widely depending on the scope and timeline. I occasionally offer smaller standalone projects or add-ons for existing clients, but for new projects, I don’t typically take on anything below that range.
Because I invest deeply in every project — from brand voice immersion to audience research — I only take on work that allows for that level of thought, care, and collaboration.
